I got this by de-encrypting a file using the Cooper coding algorithm, a needlessly complex and convoluted algebraic formula used the school as a secret code, which is, under normal circumstances, impossible to read. It can clearly be seen that the school is trying to create an alternated history for the concerned pupil, which suggests that he has already been replaced by a replicant: the brazenly ludicrous details show no fear of correction: in my eyes this means that they expect to have replaced Year 13 by the time the yearbook is released. Here it is:

       Tom Nelson.

           Code Ref: 509093002

PIN access: 1234
Form Ref: EM
Desc: 50ft high, large bony plates on back, cast in bronze, bat wings giving flight up to altitude of 12 km.
Work Experience: Worked as freelance assassin for Karlansson International. Aliases: Stan, TN, Lassie.

As you can see, although quite cursory, this information is completely false (I don't know about the batwings) and the degeneration of a persons identity can completely obliterate that person, eg. The film 'The Net', starring Sandra Bollock. Yes, the film was crap, but it outlines what the school intends to do to us all, except that we will be replaced by some kind of clone, able to pass exams first time, without worrying or even revising. As far as I can ascertain, the clones do not even have to repeat their seating code over and over again before going into an exam.

This is the key to what is going on. It is my belief that the school has sold us for research to an alien race whose high level of technical and scientific knowledge enables them to make the replacement replicants, thereby enabling the school's exam results to rocket.
